Buy Less…Pay More?

Retail sales reported in August got a much better report than expected.  But is it a result of people paying more to buy less?

Or think of it this way: were retail sales up because consumers are buying more or is it simply another sign of rising prices.

Any way you look at it, Wall Street will spin it to convince you that all is well and the economy is booming.

But…and this is a VERY BIG BUTT…

Does is seem like everything you’re buying recently costs more than it did only a few months ago?

It sure seems that way in my household.

And this is only a fraction of what we see coming down the road.

And it’s only a part the blowback from shutting down the global economy over a man-made virus to scare everyone into submission.

Glaring Examples of Buy Less…Pay More

Besides groceries and everyday consumable items, have you looked at the price of real estate or buying cars lately?

Cars are selling from $5,000-10,000 OVER MSRP.

And that’s assuming your dealer has any in stock.

Real estate prices have become unaffordable for most buyers.

And that’s mostly because Blackrock * is buying up everything in sight in both residential and commercial property.

Why?

Do the math.

Since most people can’t afford to buy that means more people will have to rent.

And that means they’ll be subject to their friendly Blackrock landlord’s rental prices.

(* Blackrock is the largest real estate investor in America)

Don’t be surprised if rents stay high even if real estate values fall.

Why?

Blackrock knows that tangible items (real estate) still produce a better cash flow than most bonds.

And with the Loss of Confidence in government accelerating at an alarming pace, the institutional Boyz know that defaults on bonds is already baked in the cake.

Ironically (or NOT) The Loss of Confidence in Government is the catalyst for a crash in the market.

But…And this is a Very Big Butt…

The crash won’t occur in stocks.

With Europe as the epicenter the crash is already underway in the Bond Market.

And the global bond market is Waaaaaaayyyyyy bigger than the global stock market.

Learn to Buy More and Pay Less

As a result, the panic will shake most investors out of stocks.

Which is what the Boyz want you to do.
