"It's Not Just About Finance"

Ruth Ginsburg, Is She Dead or Alive?

We’re closing in on the one-year anniversary of Fox News announcing the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg (January 21, 2019).

Is it just me or does anyone else find it odd that since the Fox News announcement we still haven’t seen a lot of concrete evidence of her being alive?

There have been a number of parodies – “Weekend at Ruthies” featuring the Clintons holding her up as alive – reminiscent of the famous 1989 “Weekend at Bernie’s” movie.

What’s even more odd is that someone – who’s supposedly been on their death-bed for over one year – is still considered “qualified” to act as an associate Supreme Court Justice.  (From the privacy of her home, of course, and not in the courtroom).

Imagine that happening in the private sector.

It’s like letting 87-year-old “Gramps” continue to run the family business even though he’s senile and doesn’t know what day it is.

The reality is the Democrats are scared to death (no pun intended) of Trump appointing another Supreme Court judge – namely Amy Coney Barrett – to replace Ginsburg.

So, they’ll do anything possible to keep the “Weekend at Ruthie’s” image alive.

Again, Why?

According to Wikipedia:

As of January 6, 2020, the United States Senate has confirmed 187 Article III judges nominated by President Trump, including 2 Associate Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States, 50 judges for the United States Courts of Appeals, 133 judges for the United States District Courts, and 2 judges for the United States Court of International Trade.[2

AND

In terms of Article I courts, as of January 3, 2020, the Senate has confirmed 13 judges nominated by Trump, including 3 for the United States Court of Federal Claims, 4 for the United States Tax Court, 4 for the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, 1 for the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and 1 for the United States Court of Military Commission Review.

Wow!

Ironically (or NOT) Trump is fulfilling his campaign promises from 2016.

…And they hate him for it.

The good news is, our Judicial Branch of government is quietly being transformed with new judges who understand and believe in our Constitution.

And what does the media have to say?…crickets.

See how this plays into 2020, The Year of Chaos, in our January newsletter (HERE).
