Financials Matter

"It's Not Just About Finance"

Yes Vincent, You ARE Reckless and Un-Christ-Like

Who would’ve thought that by posting a video of my granddaughter singing to my grandson on Facebook – at our family Easter breakfast – would be like kicking a hornet’s nest?

While it’s no surprise to me how snowflakes often have meltdowns over some of the things I write, I’m somewhat taken back at the vitriol from the #StayAtHome vigilantes out there.

Ironically (or NOT) the video was taken at my home.

However, blindness coupled with hatred has caused others – in addition to a family member (see yesterday’s post) – to accuse me of wanting to infect and kill my neighbors.

The offence taken – of my referencing two scriptures to make a point about why we need not be afraid of this coronavirus – took me by surprise.

I quoted 2 Corinthians 5:7 (“For we walk by faith, not by sight”), and 2 Timothy 1:7 “For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

The offended hornet – who also referred to me as Un-Christ-Like – responded to my scripture references with: “Oh, so your translation of “love thy neighbor” is “infect thy neighbor with coronavirus and kill them?”  Interesting take on love.

(At this point, I saw myself doing the Scooby-do-tilted-head HUH?)

First of all, I wasn’t near any of my neighbors.  I was simply enjoying time with my kids and grandkids.

Second, I personally believe that it’s more Un-Christ-like to:

  • Hide from our neighbors.
  • Live in constant fear.
  • And kowtow to ungodly laws/leadership designed to take away all of our God Given Rights…including the right to assemble and worship our God.

The real acid test here is “What Would Jesus Do?”

So, for all you holy rollin’ wannabes out there maybe you should actually read what the Bible says about operating in fear.

Go ahead…You’re cooped up at home.  You have no excuse about not having time to do it.

Unfortunately, most people don’t read the Bible.  Then they wonder why everything is so frightening to them.

Once again, this kind of behavior is symptomatic of the world being under a lockdown with the threat of death, punishment or jailtime if you don’t #StayAtHome.

Personally, I’m not offended when people call me names or accuse me of being Un-Christ-like.

However, my little incident from Easter Sunday is proof that the nicey-nices are rapidly disappearing in society.  And if we don’t get the economy going soon, we’ll quickly see how everything devolves into us vs them…including family members.

Unfortunately, this is what the banking cartel wants.  And they’re using the #CoronaVirusWorldOrder as a cover to keep you in the dark…literally.

Learn how to fight back in our April edition of “…In Plain English.”

And share this with a fellow cooped-up friend.  They’ll thank YOU later.
