Financials Matter

"It's Not Just About Finance"

Covid “Stimulus” or Wile E. Coyote Moment?

Fighting over the next “Stimulus” bill is simply a cover for the real problems behind manufacturing Trillions of dollars out of thin air.

We are being sold a bunch of goods from both parties.

See if I have this right.

They’re trying to convince us that in order to “stimulate” the economy the government needs to print money and incur more debt so the recipient can spend it to increase consumption.

This results in a better economy?

Instead of this madness why doesn’t the government create more work projects to rebuild infrastructure?

Then they could hire the unemployed, helping to improve our infrastructure, while people feel better about EARNING their keep, and we have something to show for the money spent.

Where am I wrong?

Here’s the problem with all of the “free money” being handed out.

The government is preventing people from returning to work in the first place.

How?

Far too many sheeple refuse to go back to work because they’re now making more money thru unemployment.

What’s wrong with this picture?

It’s not much different from post 9/11 when Bush encouraged people to shop.

Even then we knew the economy was a mirage based on buying crap we don’t need.

Ironically (or NOT) now Uncle Sam needs to provide sheeple the cash to buy the same crap we don’t need.

What we’re feeling is the sad reality which began with the real estate meltdown in 2007.

Unfortunately, the effects of it are still being felt today, because they never solved any of the underlying problems.

Instead, the boyz in the “Club” have used it to pull off the greatest transfer of wealth in history…and that’s just their warm-up act.

After giving Trillions more to consumers – who out of desperation will hoard it instead of spending it – we’ll find ourselves in the Wile E. Coyote moment.

Don’t go over the cliff.
