"It's Not Just About Finance"

God Wants You to Prosper, Even in Stocks

There’s nothing that stirs up the crazies like saying how God wants you to prosper.

It’s almost as if certain people – religious and Holy Rolling Wannabes – want you to think that God wants you to be poor.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

So, before you get your religious feathers all ruffled, hear me out on this.

The Bible clearly states that God enjoys the prosperity of His servants:

“Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.”

~Psalms 35:27~

Most people have never read that Scripture before.  But it’s pretty obvious that HE has pleasure in your prosperity.

Why?

You can’t give money away if you don’t have any.

And as my friend, Bryan – who is very successful AND prosperous –  says: “Prosperity begins on the inside of you and works it’s way out.”

Think of it this way:

  1. Wouldn’t you enjoy seeing your children prosper AND thrive?
  2. And how proud would you be if they gave a portion of their earnings to help those who are less fortunate (sick, elderly, widows, homeless, etc.)?
  3. And, more importantly, how would you feel if they gave YOU the credit for their success?

See the point?

We are all God’s children.

Ironically (or NOT) some people get offended at the suggestion of giving money away to help the less fortunate.

Some even express their frustration – by dropping ‘F’ Bombs – over me suggesting that God wants them to prosper.

However, if you understand the principle behind giving, you won’t have to worry about receiving.  And you’ll always have your needs met.

What’s funny is how most people, who make a lot of money in stocks, think that their success is dependent on THEIR investment acumen.

But when they lose, they always blame it on the market.

LOL!

Don’t be one of them.
