Welcome back to this week’s edition of the Sunday Funnies, where we hope everyone is having a great 4th of July weekend and that everyone still has 10 fingers on their hands.
And now that we enter our 250th year of independence, we remind you that this marks the anniversary of a revolution—not merely against a king, but against tyranny in all its forms.
Translation for Liberals: In other words, we’ve been celebrating a “No Kings Day” for a long time.
Our Founding Fathers didn’t establish a democracy; they created a constitutional republic, understanding full well that democracy often devolves into mob rule and eventually leads to tyranny.
And looking at England today, it’s quite obvious that our Founding Fathers made the right decision.
Ironically (or NOT) the historical average life of a constitutional republic is 19 years…so compared to the rest of the world, our 250-year record is quite impressive.
One could say that most of our success has to do with the fact that, for the first 137 years we didn’t have income tax.
But The need to finance the Civil War created one of the first versions of a federal income tax in 1862.
However, the U.S. income tax was officially born on Feb. 3, 1913.
It was a minimal amount and only supposed to affect rich people (TAX THE RICH…sounding familiar?) but has deteriorated ever since.
Due to unforeseen circumstances (and thanks to many O’Biden policies) certain areas of the country have seen many parts of our Constitution eroded.
As a result, they aren’t able to celebrate the 4th.
In other news last week, Trump’s Big (and not so) Beautiful Bill passed after numerous delays on the Senate floor.
Cries over the effects of major increased government spending seeming fell on deaf ears while liberals focused on millions of people who would be denied Medicaid and other freebie benefits like the SNAP program.
However, creepy guys like Chuck Schumer are using this bill to try and convince most of their uninformed voter base that illegals getting these benefits are being oppressed, when in fact, they aren’t entitled in the first place.
And for those who worry about deportations and the loss of manual labor, have you noticed? …
Not surprisingly, Elon Musk threw more shade on his former Bromance with Trump by calling out the liars promoting the multi-trillion-dollar spending bill.
But one of the benefits of the 4th of July falling on a Friday this year, is that is paves the way for multiple cookouts over the long weekend.
And we’re glad for that because we found that not everyone has a sense of humor when it comes to cookouts.
And that is precisely why we publish the Sunday Funnies.
You see, we use our funnies/memes/cartoons to counter the madness and frustration that accompanies Turbulent Times.
Because we have found that using memes (and the Sunday Funnies) is more effective in telling the truth than practically anything put out by the main stream Presstitutes.
Because when it is all said and done, we all need to laugh every now and then.
Why?
Laughter is good for your soul.
And it is healthy to be a bit silly…especially in the face of fear mongering, medical tyranny, and especially the threat of WWIII.
It’s even more reason why we won’t apologize…especially if our Funnies just happen to hurt some Progressive/Socialist/Communist/Globalist’s feeeellwwings.
And please remember:
The Sunday Funnies are not just about our nations bizarre state of politics/finance/beliefs.
It’s about awareness of what’s happening in the world that we choose to poke fun at.
And, if our funnies/memes/cartoons/etc. provide you with a laugh or two – and/or open your eyes to some stark realities – then we consider that a victory.
So, when things tend to get a bit overwhelming, we believe it’s best to remember that Humor is Waaaayyyyy better than Hatred…which is contrary to what the world wants you to believe.
And we hope you see the Sunday Funnies as a refreshing oasis in the middle of a parched, dry, and increasingly dark world that we’re living in.
As always, we remind you: As difficult as things might appear, Evil Always Overplays its Hand…And Righteousness Prevails.
