Welcome back to this week’s edition of the Sunday Funnies, where last week we witnessed two of the most powerful men on the planet behaving like teenage girls having an ongoing petty argument over politics.
Seriously?
We wonder how the Bromance between Donald Trump and Elon Musk could nosedive so quickly to the point of name-calling, back-biting, and accusing each other to the point of embarrassment…much to the delight of liberals.
And it’s getting to the point where they may need to consider peace negotiations with a non-biased third party.
Could they really be this stupid?
Or is this just another cover/distraction so you won’t see what’s taking place behind the curtain?
Knowing Musk’s affinity for making fun of the establishment, we wouldn’t be surprised if this isn’t a completely staged event.
However, the name-calling catty behavior between these two billionaires has, in our opinion, served as a great source of entertainment.
Especially when you consider how Musk and Trump have the whole world watching their every move 24/7.
And in the process, they secretly laugh with each other about how easily the sheeple are fooled into taking the bait.
If you take a moment to step back from all the drama over two billionaires going from great friends to near mortal enemies, you might just see how there is some other agenda at play here. (Cough! Pork in Big, Beautiful, Bill, Cough! Cough!)
And eventually, just like two teenage girls, they will either make up and act as if nothing ever happened or allow this nonsense to devolve into an uglier scene which could backfire on all the progress made by Trump and Musk so far in 2025.
Seriously, these two are far too smart and cagey to allow a cat-fight to destroy their accomplishments.
We will bet on the two of them making up and acting as if nothing ever happened.
Because the real argument is not between Trump and Musk and Trump’s new Big, Beautiful, bill.
Also last week we saw another major defection from the Democrat party as the back-stabbing of O’Biden continued by none other than former DEI hire White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.
Apparently book deals bad-mouthing and outright lying about the former dementia-ridden president (Cough! Jake Tapper, Cough! Cough!) look like the best option for those who now appear to be unemployable.
Ironically (or NOT) Jean-Pierre’s detractors have been quite vocal over her incompetence as press secretary…as noted by one insider:
“The amount of time that was spent coddling [Jean-Pierre] and appeasing her was astronomical compared to our attention on actual matters of substance.”
But, what do you expect from a DEI hire.
Speaking of book deals, (and speaking in boxes) this past week, the 75th anniversary edition of George Orwell’s classic 1984 novel was released…with dark “trigger warnings.”
Liberal feminist professor Dolen Perkins-Valdez, who according to her website has “established herself as a pre-eminent chronicler of American historical life,” and teaches literature at American University makes note that “there are no Black characters at all” in the novel.
LOL!
Why is this relevant to the book?
As is usually the case with many liberal academics, Her primary focus as a writer is race, and her comments feel like it was her excuse to explore it through a racial lens.
We wonder if she might consider what it would be like putting an LGBTQ Black Woman in Orwell’s 1984.
Paraphrasing Orwell…
So, based on what we have seen over the last week one would have to question whether the entire political scene in America has totally devolved into a global soap opera.
But let’s get one thing straight here…
And that is precisely why we publish the Sunday Funnies.
You see, we use our funnies/memes/cartoons to counter the madness and frustration that accompanies Turbulent Times.
Because we have found that using memes (and the Sunday Funnies) is more effective in telling the truth than practically anything put out by the main stream Presstitutes.
Because when it is all said and done, we all need to laugh every now and then.
Why?
Laughter is good for your soul.
And it is healthy to be a bit silly…especially in the face of fear mongering, medical tyranny, and especially the threat of WWIII.
It’s even more reason why we won’t apologize…especially if our Funnies just happen to hurt some Progressive/Socialist/Communist/Globalist’s feeeellwwings.
And please remember:
The Sunday Funnies are not just about our nations bizarre state of politics/finance/beliefs.
It’s about awareness of what’s happening in the world that we choose to poke fun at.
And, if our funnies/memes/cartoons/etc. provide you with a laugh or two – and/or open your eyes to some stark realities – then we consider that a victory.
So, when things tend to get a bit overwhelming, we believe it’s best to remember that Humor is Waaaayyyyy better than Hatred…which is contrary to what the world wants you to believe.
And we hope you see the Sunday Funnies as a refreshing oasis in the middle of a parched, dry, and increasingly dark world that we’re living in.
