"It's Not Just About Finance"

China Trade Wars 2018-2019 vs 2020

See if this sounds familiar… “China is Bad” = the markets crash.  “China is Good” = the markets soar.

This is the narrative that the Whores-of-Babble-on presstitutes jam down your throat.  It’s also seen as another way that “Trump is manipulating the market so he can get re-elected.”

LOL!

Last December we wrote:

Everyone seems to be up in arms over Trump’s tariffs against China.

Some hate him for them while others cheer him on.

Who’s right?

In the long run, Trump’s tariffs will benefit China because they will force them to turn inward to sell goods and services.

In other words, they’ll develop their own consumer market and become the largest consumers in the world.

It’s also going to be the final nail in the coffin for the US control over the world currency.”

Six months later we wrote:

“Now, six months later, we’re convinced that Trump’s trade war with China is WRONG.

Gasp!

You must understand that we don’t blindly agree with Trump’s actions simply because he’s our President.

Unfortunately, he’s living in an old-world view of trade.

In the past, China needed the US market to sell products to provide employment for its people.  The business between the two nations formed a check on U.S.-China affairs.  However, as Trump escalates his trade dispute, he is playing with fire.

The Asian culture is all about saving face.

You can’t negotiate in a confrontational posture that leaves the opponent weak in appearance.

Regardless if it works or not, for China it becomes a matter of principle.

Here’s the downside:  This policy has actually encouraged the relationship between Russia and China even if it wasn’t intentional.”

We bring this up to illustrate how nothing has changed in the “Trade Wars” narrative with China from 2018 to 2019.

However, 2020, The Year of Chaos, will shock most people.

It will also present you with an opportunity of a lifetime but only if you have “ears to hear.”
